How Our Photo Booths Work
We handle everything. You don’t need to lift a finger. We’ll arrive before your event to set up the photo booth, props, or a backdrop if you choose so everything is ready for the fun to start. Once the event is over, we’ll quietly pack everything up and take it away – no cleanup or stress for you. You just enjoy the event, and we’ll handle the rest.
Step 1: Kick Off Your Photo Experience
Guests walk up to the FlashFun photo booth, where a user-friendly touchscreen invites them to get started. They can see themselves in real time, adjust their pose, and let the built-in LED ring light do its magic for a well-lit, flattering photo. The setup runs smoothly without needing an attendant, making it perfect for guests of all ages and encouraging fun, impromptu group shots.
Step 2: Make It Your Own
Once they're ready, guests may choose between photo, GIF, or video options right on the screen. They can add fun filters or themed digital props that fit the vibe of the event. The software gives them a quick preview so they can tweak it before finalizing or delete and start again. This step adds a personal and creative touch to every creation.
Step 3: Share all the Fun
With just one tap, guests can instantly send their photo or video to themselves via text, email, Airdrop (IPhone only) or QR Code. If printing services are selected guests can print their photo too! Everything is also saved in an online gallery, making it easy to view and download later.

The Flashfun staff worked with the Jeffersonville High School students to create an incredibly memorable Homecoming Dance!
